Return policy

Fresh flowers, bouquets and flower arrangements are perishable goods and/or are prepared individually according to the customer’s order. Therefore, after receipt by the customer, they are not subject to return if the product is of proper quality and matches the agreed order. If the customer detects damage, mismatch in composition, quality or completeness at the time of receiving the order, the customer should contact the store within 2 hours after receiving the order and provide a photo of the product, order number or receipt. Each request is reviewed individually. If the issue occurred due to the store’s fault, we may offer a replacement, partial compensation or refund. Refunds for online payments are made using the same payment method used for the original payment. The time required for the funds to be credited depends on the customer’s bank.
